Overview |
PCC started in the early 70's as a summer home community surrounding an 18-hole golf course. The community was built up slowly over the years, one house at time, so each house is completely different and the lot sizes are generally larger than you will find in new developments. Because of this development timeline, the neighborhood feels like a hometown and it is very refreshing and relaxing to drive through. People are very friendly and often wave to you as you drive by. The people are fairly laid-back and very unassuming. |
